With our hybrid program, you’ll enjoy the benefits of one in-person training session per week, where we’ll work together to fine-tune your technique and push your limits. In addition, I’ll provide personalized food tracking guidance through MyFitnessPal, helping you make informed choices and optimize your nutrition for your goals. Accessibility is key, so you can rest assured knowing that I’m always available to address your questions and concerns throughout the week via text and email. Plus, with four customized at-home workouts per week tailored to your specific needs and preferences, you’ll have the flexibility to train on your own terms and accommodate your busy schedule. With our hybrid training program, achieving your fitness goals has never been more accessible or effective.
